FRIDAY NIGHT SPARRING!
Great news students! Kyoshi Jay Haynes of the Family Karate Center, has extended a personal invitation to all Community Karate Club students to attend sparring class TONIGHT!
ALL RANKS AND ALL AGES ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME! Work off some extra energy, get fit and have fun!
Come on down to the Family Karate Center at 3617 Betty Drive, 80917 for a great time!
Sparring at FKC is a SAFE AND FUN way to put your kihon in action. I will be at the dojo from 6pm until closing. Please come and join me in the fun. You will get to meet other students and learn how to fight in a safe, no-contact way, taught by Kyoshi Jay Haynes!
