Community Karate Club T-Shirts are READY!

You are going to love the new CKC T-shirts - They are AWESOME!

I want to thank Beth Cupples for designing the logo, Mr. Cupples for work on the font and text and Tayco Screen Printing for making the t-shirts!

I will bring the shirts with me to class on Monday for you to pick up. They are only $10.00 plus tax!

FRIDAY NIGHT SPARRING!

Great news students! Kyoshi Jay Haynes of the Family Karate Center, has extended a personal invitation to all Community Karate Club students to attend sparring class TONIGHT!

ALL RANKS AND ALL AGES ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME! Work off some extra energy, get fit and have fun!

Come on down to the Family Karate Center at 3617 Betty Drive, 80917 for a great time!

Sparring at FKC is a SAFE AND FUN way to put your kihon in action. I will be at the dojo from 6pm until closing. Please come and join me in the fun. You will get to meet other students and learn how to fight in a safe, no-contact way, taught by Kyoshi Jay Haynes!

November 15th Inter Club Tournament Announced

Community Karate Clubs is proud to show its support at the Jay Haynes' Family Karate Center's Inter Club Tournament on November 15th at 9:00 am. Cost for the tournament is only $20.00 for all events!

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in competing. I want to make sure that our competition team begins practicing right away.

Thanks to everyone who helped at the Health Fair at WOW!

I want to thank Lily, Owen, Caleb, Abby, Amanda, Elena, Andrew, Alissa, Tabitha, John Michael, Tyler for helping out with a very successful and fun health fair at Wide Open West!

We met some wonderful people who are interested in joining our karate club! I can't wait to meet all the new kids who had parents and grandparents gather information at the Health Fair. Additionally, it looks as though our adult class will have some new members as well.

Thanks to everyone at WOW! who stopped by our table and took time to chat with us at Community Karate Clubs. Thanks to the Heathers, Shannon and everyone else who put this event together. We were well taken care of and were honored to participate in the Health and Wellness Fair.

A very special thank you to Mr. Cupples who made sure that our entire team was well fed with a big giant pizza from Back East! Yay!
